Committee News

Under a new agreement with OBCDC, the Garden Committee has assumed a bigger role in the daily operation of the Garden. In addition, with the retirement of Tom Sargent as Garden Coordinator, we welcomed new staff at the Garden -- Carol Stadden, Garden Coordinator. Carol has gardened at Benji for four seasons and in her backyard for considerably longer. A Master Gardener and beekeeper, she has taken courses in Horticultural Botany at Cuyahoga Community College as well as the Market Gardener Training Course.

To make it easy to identify Committee members, their plots are highlighted on the plot map posted on the wall of the Garden Shed.

Committee Meetings

Meetings are Wednesdays at 6:30 at the Old Brooklyn CDC office at 2339 Broadview Road, Cleveland, 44109. All gardeners are welcome to attend. Remaining 2011 dates:
