Maribeth Feke called the meeting to order at approximately 6:15 pm

Minutes: The minutes of the September Board meeting were approved by the board

Treasurer’s Report: Approval of the finance committee report was provided by the board for both August and September.

Executive Director Report: The Executive Director presented her report.

• A report was provided regarding the advisory committee for the OBN
• A Resolution was passed nominating mark Duluk to the BRD Design and Review Committee
• A resolution was passed to extend the accountants service through June 30, 2008.
• Robyn reported on a grant that was pending approval for a new two year lead abatement program that the CDC would administer for the west side of Cleveland
• Robyn announced the upcoming Senior Health and Wellness Center opening event on October 17.
• Robyn presented her and the staffs report for the month

Annual Meeting Planning - Discussion occurred regarding the planning for the upcoming annual meeting to be held on October 24.

Executive Session:

• The focus of the discussion was on the approval of the executive director’s salary increase as stated in the hiring letter of agreement provided by the board president.
