The Committee discussed briefly a proposal for a dues increase that Robyn had planned to bring up at the Board Meeting.

Robyn will announce the hiring of a new code enforcement manager at the Board Meeting.

A question came up concerning the status of litigation regarding the termination of Debra Zeleny. Mary Jo Toumert is the CDC’s attorney of record. Suit has not been filed. There is a budget item for accounting and legal expenses.
