Matt Reitz called the meeting to order at 8:10 pm.

The purpose of this meeting was to elect officers to the Board of Directors; all positions were up for election on the executive committee.

Steve Henstridge submitted his resignation from the board effective immediately at the beginning of the board meeting.

Nominations for President were called for by Matt Reitz
John Jenkins nominated Greg Huth and Lynea Derwis seconded the nomination. Lynea moved to close the nominations and Dane seconded. All voted in favor of nominating Greg as president.

Nominations for Vice President were called for by Matt Reitz
John Jenkins nominated David Lawhun and Dane seconded the nomination. Then Jim O’Connor nominated Lynea Derwis and Alice Ratka seconded. The vote was then taken and Lynea received more votes than David. Lynea accepted the position as Vice President.

Nominations for Treasurer were called for by Matt Reitz
Lynea Derwis nominated T.J. Lewarchick and David Lawhun seconded. Dane voted to close the nominations and John seconded. All voted in favor of electing T.J. as Treasurer.

Nominations for Secretary were called for by Matt Reitz
Alice nominated John Jenkins and TJ seconded, but John declined, Lynea then nominated Jim O’Connor and was seconded by David and Jim declined. Then John Jenkins nominated Ed Pryll, Jr. as secretary it was seconded by Terrell. All voted in favor of electing Ed as secretary.

Adjournment: Lynea moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:35 pm, Dane seconded the motion and then the meeting was adjourned.
