Minutes: Executive minutes for Board Meeting November 11, 2008 passed out by Robyn. Minutes were approved as read.

Treasurers Report: $77,000.00 cash; $48,000.00 unrestricted. Accounts Receivable $8,000.00. T.J. mentioned paying Line of Credit down.

Topics for Discussion:

1. Line of Credit from Village Capital Corp. to pay TLCI contractor because City of Cleveland reimbursements are received sometimes up to 4 months behind. This line of credit will be paid off in May or June 2009.

2. Request was made for Quarterly Reports on Finance. Fiduciary responsibility to inform board of financial reports and standing financial statement tabled until further information is supplied.

3. Presidential Report: There are two (2) open chairs on the board. Jeff Rhodes is nominated to the board.

4. Committee Appointments: Finance Committee - T. J. chair leadership, executive, and development. At a further meeting committees were formed and members installed.

5. Tom Collins spoke about Economic Development; how to strategize usefulness in the community, and current OBCDC programs including working with small businesses, code compliance issues, design and review. Electronic billboards were mentioned and discussed. No action required at this time until questions were addressed.

6. Dave Fox is the new Real Estate Manager. He was introduced and spoke briefly on purchase and rehabs. A brief discussion ensued and the idea of purchase and rehab was tabled for further discussion.

7. Robyn Sandys spoke about the Strategic Planning committees called key result areas (K.R.A.). They were presented to the board members and volunteers were assigned to key result areas.

8. A Brief discussion was held on code enforcement in Ward 15. A motion was passed to request a proposal from Councilman Cummins on continuation of Code Compliance in Ward 15 by OBCDC.
