Members attending: Greg Huth, Lynea Derwis, T.J. Lewarchick
Ed Pryll was on vacation

1. Employment Practices Insurance – Robyn is getting quotes as a rider as opposed to stand alone insurance. It will most likely be less expensive this way but the liability coverage goes up to $100,000 as compared to $500,000 for a stand along product.

2. Treasurer’s Report - T.J. provided a report, it will be given at the board meeting. All is fine with the CDC’s finances

3. Budget Revisions - The committee discussed a few CDBG budget revisions that Robyn would like to make. With only two months left in the fiscal year, there are some budgeted categories at are over funded and a few that may be under funded. Robyn will review this at the board meeting. The executive committee will propose to the board that Robyn have the authority in the future to make CDBG budget revisions up to 5% of the total CDBG budget without board approval.

4. Forum Architectural Services Contract – NEW- Robyn discussed a new potential contract with this firm to do a study of the best possible location for a housing/retail development in and around the Memphis Fulton shopping Center. This short study would look at both sides of Fulton as a possible site. The cost is $5,000 and it will be paid for by two developers interested in this potential new development, Joe Shafran, Paran Management and David Uram from Pirhl. Greg had a few questions regarding why the contract would go through the CDC. (His questions were subsequently answered a few days after the meeting). This will be addressed at the Board meeting.

5. Community Meeting - A review of the agenda for the meeting was discussed

6. Meeting with Councilmen - Robyn reviewed her meetings with Councilmen, Santiago, Cimperman and Brancatelli over the past few weeks.

7. Business Directory Update - Sales are under last year’s totals so far but printing costs will be less so expect close to similar profit as last year.
