Greg Huth called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m.

Master Plan

Two representatives of the City Planning Commission were introduced to the Board members followed by a question and answer session. The commission was involved in the overall Master Plan. The representatives gave a condensed view of the Master Plan and will be working with a Cleveland Foundation intern. Treasurer’s Report

The Treasurer’s report was read and a review of the finances was explained to Board members. Motion was made by John Jenkins to accept Treasurer’s report, seconded by Lynea Reindel; all approved.

Mileage Allowance

The Federal Government has issued new mileage guidelines. The motion was made by T.J. Lewarchick and seconded by Dane Reich to increase mileage stipend to CDC employees; all approved.

Healthcare

A question and answer session ensued concerning healthcare benefits for CDC employees. Christina Seabold will do further research.

CDBG Budget Year 35

The CDBG budget was introduced and explained by Robyn Sandys. Several questions were fielded and a motion to accept was made by Alice Ratka and seconded by Jeff Rhodes. The CDBG budget will be presented in draft form to the City of Cleveland.

Property Rehab

Several estimates for the property rehab have been submitted including Olde Tyme Restoration.

Reports

The President’s report and the Executive Director’s report were presented by Greg Huth and Robyn Sandys respectively.

Committee reports were limited to the “All-Access” Pass and Walk+Roll upcoming event.

No further business was discussed and a motion to adjourn was provided by Dane Reich and seconded by Terrell Cole; all were in favor.
