1. Treasurer’s Report - T.J. provided a report, it will be given at the board meeting. All is fine with the CDC’s finances, will end the year in the black. We also discussed asking John Appledorn to be a member of the finance committee.

2. Director’s Review - Robyn gave a report on the status of the Tampa home. There is an interested buyer. We are determining the sale price and will move forward. Will start rehab work after contractor is selected in late July. Robyn also discussed staff salary increases as budgeted for this fiscal year and she updated all staff job descriptions. She also provided an update on the Home and Bicycle Tour. Finally, Robyn discussed the need for a board resolution for the Handyman contract we are submitting to the City for $50,000 to be funded by both Councilmen.

3. Greg discussed the formation of a special committee on real estate development. He will seek approval for this committee at the July board meeting.

4. Lynea discussed the need to obtain nominations for the board. There are several slots open in each category. We also discussed the resignation of Jim O’Connor and will seek the acceptance of his resignation at the July board meeting.

5. The group also discussed a potential change in the health insurance policy that relates to dental insurance. The suggestion would be to have an employee who opts out of health insurance to qualify for obtaining dental insurance on our plan if they pay for that coverage. This will be turned over the Personnel Committee.

6. Finally, we discussed holding a community picnic the week of August 17 at the Garden similar to what we did last year.
