Meeting was called to order at approximately 7:30 pm by Greg Huth.

The main purpose of this meeting was to elect new officers to the Board of Directors. Unfortunately, there were not official minutes taken at this meeting. But the following did transpire at the meeting.

Greg Huth was nominated and elected as President of the Board for a second one year term.
Lynea Derwis was nominated and elected as Vice President of the Board for a second one year term
Theresa Martin was nominated and elected as Treasurer of the Board for a one year term
Terrell Cole was nominated and elected as Secretary of the Board. (He was not present at the meeting therefore the board had to confirm with him that he would accept the position, which he did the following day.)

In addition to electing officers, the board passed an amendment to the budget to allow for the purchase of five computer work stations and the upgrade of the server for the system that will total no more than $4,000. A total of $3,000 was budgeted and the expected expense is under $3,700.

The meeting was adjourned at approximately 8:15 p.m.
