Old Brooklyn CDC is excited to announce a unique program that will select 3-5 small businesses in the community who have been operating for at least 3 years to participate in a one-on-one business coaching program.  Business coaching and education will either focus on developing a plan to grow their business or take steps to address a business challenge.

Upon completion of the coaching sessions in February 2019 each business will present their next steps to Old Brooklyn CDC along with a physical improvement project that will result in a visible improvement to the business’s space and/operations.  Old Brooklyn CDC will award each participant between $1,000 and $3,000 to assist in the completion of the project (new signage, interior remodel, new artwork, exterior building work, etc.).
