Community Health

Community Health is about more than diet and exercise, it’s also knowing your neighbors, access to public and local transit options, quality education opportunities and more.  The true definition of health is related to the quality of your life, and the opportunity you have to achieve wellness.

In 2018, Old Brooklyn CDC and Baldwin Wallace University’s Department of Public Health & Prevention Sciences will host a two-day summit to learn, share, and discover how community groups, health care, government, and research can co-create a future that is more healthy and equitable.

The community health needs assessment will help guide our work to make Old Brooklyn a healthier place to live.  The assessment will take less than 12 minutes to complete and you'll be entered for a chance to win a Visa Gift card.  Thank you again for helping make Old Brooklyn a great place to grow.
