Community Health is about more than diet and exercise, it’s also knowing your neighbors, access to public and local transit options, quality education opportunities and more. The true definition of health is related to the quality of your life, and the opportunity you have to achieve wellness.
In 2018, Old Brooklyn CDC and Baldwin Wallace University’s Department of Public Health & Prevention Sciences will host a two-day summit to learn, share, and discover how community groups, health care, government, and research can co-create a future that is more healthy and equitable.
