Old Brooklyn Storefronts and Spaces Available
Looking for a place to put your new or expanding business?
The Old Brooklyn Community Development Corporation is currently developing several spaces for retail, restaurant, bar or brewery options. As part of a significant redevelopment project the CDC is working on several spaces in one of our neighborhoods strongest markets.
Walkable from high performing residential areas and along a newly designed roadway with bike lanes and significant pedestrian traffic these spaces are part of an area poised for immediate growth. The CDC is working with various partners on the project and technical, educational and financial assistance is available.
The Old Brooklyn neighborhood is home to more than 30,000 residents, the largest community garden in Ohio, the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo, MetroHealth, and numerous small businesses. This location is within 10 minutes of Tremont, Ohio City and less than ½ mile from 176 and I-480 making it easily accessed by the broader region. More than $15 million in public and private investments are currently underway.
