Keynote speeches by industry leaders will facilitate conversations to highlight and share best practices, innovative research, and successful interventions happening in Cleveland and around the country.
Topics ranging from social connectivity to behavioral health to food access will create a learning environment focused on the social determinants of health. Come and be inspired by thought-provoking dialogue that will deepen cross-sector collaborative efforts to build a culture of community health.
Health in Action is open to practitioners and providers working in areas of public health, community development and outreach, healthcare, research, and academia.
