Taking care of your home doesn’t have to feel overwhelming or expensive.

Our Home Repair Workshop Series gives Old Brooklyn residents the chance to learn practical, hands-on skills from experienced professionals. Each class focuses on a different topic so you can build confidence and handle common repairs on your own.

This class covers the basics of carpentry and drywall, including how to patch holes, repair damaged walls, and make simple structural fixes. You’ll get hands-on guidance from experienced professionals and leave with skills you can use right away.

Perfect for homeowners who want to stop putting off small repairs or avoid paying for simple fixes.

Workshop Schedule (7:00–9:00pm):
May 5 – Carpentry & Drywall
May 12 – Ceramic Tile
May 19 – Electrical Switches & Outlets
May 26 – Plumbing

From patching drywall to fixing a faucet or replacing an outlet, you’ll walk away with skills you can use right away.

Cost: $10 per class
Each attendee will receive a free tool connected to that evening’s topic.
