Old Brooklyn StreetFest Returns October 10 with Live Music, Local Vendors and Family Fun

CLEVELAND, Ohio — Old Brooklyn Community Development Corporation (OBCDC) will host the third annual Old Brooklyn StreetFest on Saturday, October 10, 2026, from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Broadview Road. Sponsored by Ward 4 Cleveland City Councilman Kris Harsh, the free outdoor festival celebrates the people, places, and businesses that make Old Brooklyn a vibrant and welcoming community.

StreetFest celebrates everything that makes Old Brooklyn unique while supporting the local businesses, artists, nonprofits, and entrepreneurs that help strengthen the neighborhood. Throughout the day, attendees can enjoy the Masthead Brewery Beer Garden, shop local vendors like From the Lobby and FrankieLynn Hot Dogs, experience live music, explore community organizations and take part in family-friendly activities hosted by Refuge Church.

“OB StreetFest has become something the neighborhood looks forward to every Fall,” says Hope Fierro, OBCDC Senior Community Engagement Manager. “Not only does it provide a space for people to explore what Old Brooklyn has to offer, but it is a place where neighbors can connect over great music, incredible food, and neighborhood pride.”

StreetFest is intentionally held along the Broadview Corridor to celebrate OBCDC’s ongoing efforts to strengthen one of Old Brooklyn’s key commercial districts. Since the 2024 Commercial Corridor Needs Assessment, the corridor has seen significant improvements, including depaving projects, the planting of 26 trees (with 28 more to be added this year), and grant assistance for businesses. Upcoming additions of five new murals and planter boxes will continue to enhance the corridor's identity and hometown feeling. These projects paired with Old Brooklyn StreetFest celebrate the progress being made while showcasing Old Brooklyn's unique character and creating a more vibrant, welcoming destination for residents, businesses, and visitors.

Thanks to this year’s stage sponsor, The Geek Peek, attendees can enjoy six hours of live entertainment on the Main Stage featuring talented local and regional artists.

  • Event Emcee: Mikey Silas of Apostle Jones

  • 2:00 – 3:00 PM: The Yacht Rockerz

  • 3:30 – 5:00 PM: Marcus Smith & The Rapscallions

  • 5:00 – 5:30 PM: Remarks from Councilman Kris Harsh & OBCDC Executive Director David Robinson

Old Brooklyn StreetFest is one of OBCDC's signature annual events and reflects the organization's mission of strengthening the neighborhood through partnerships, leadership, programming, and advocacy. OBCDC works year-round to support residents, small businesses, housing initiatives, community events, and neighborhood development that improve quality of life throughout Old Brooklyn.
