The Streets are Alive with the Sound of Community
Old Brooklyn is ready to celebrate and we want you to be part of it! OB StreetFest returns next Saturday, October 11 from 2-8pm transforming Broadview Road into a vibrant, walkable festival full of food, music, and community pride.
Hosted by Old Brooklyn CDC and Councilwoman Rebecca Maurer, OB StreetFest is all about showcasing what makes our neighborhood great. From an exciting live music lineup to delicious eats, a beer garden from Masthead Brewery, family-friendly activities, artists, and dozens of new and returning vendors, there’s something for everyone.
We need your help to bring it all to life! Volunteers are essential to making the event a success. Whether you’ve helped before or this is your first time, we have a spot for you. We're looking for people to:
Help with setup and cleanup
Assist at information booth
Lend a hand in the beer garden
Become Carey the Carrot and bring joy to attendees
Besides being a fun way to spend your Saturday, volunteering is a great way to meet neighbors, support small businesses, and get behind the scenes of Old Brooklyn CDC’s biggest event. Volunteers also receive a free OB StreetFest t-shirt!
We’re not just throwing a party. OB Street Fest is part of a bigger movement to reimagine Broadview Road as a lively, walkable, thriving corridor. Your presence makes that future more real.
