Strategic Plan

We take a people centered approach to community development. Building off of OB2020, our strategic plan guides all organizational activity for people, place, and operations.

The conditions of our neighborhoods have a direct impact on the quality of our lives. Health In Action is the nation’s first neighborhood based Community Health Needs Assessment that we use for strategic implementation.

Broadview Reimagined: Commercial Corridor Needs Assessment

The Broadview Reimagined Report, undertaken by OBCDC Staff in the first half of 2024, is a comprehensive assessment intended to understand and acknowledge current conditions of the Broadview Road Commercial Corridor.
