Juneteenth 2021 ft. Marlon Brown

Juneteenth

Juneteenth is a celebration of the emancipation of enslaved African Americans. Yes, it's a day of celebration, but it's also a day of deep retrospection during which we look back at the mistakes that we as a nation have made and how far we've come, but also how much further we have to go. Let's celebrate the equality and freedom that we are so lucky to have, but let's also think about (and act on!) what we as individuals can do to move us in a direction that is just and fair for all.
